Glow: Newcastle is a brand-new organisation that has grown out of Newcastle Cultural Education Partnership. We support children and young people in Newcastle to develop and celebrate their creativity, to build their social confidence and to make their voices heard across our city and beyond.
Glow: Newcastle has recently achieved charitable status. We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Founding Director who will lead the development of the organisation and ensure the value of our work in partnership with teachers and the wider education sector in the city and artists, creatives and the cultural sector.
3 days per week pro-rata £40,000 – £46,000 per year (depending on experience) Fixed term contract until end March 2025 with option to extend depending on resources.

21 hours across three days per week with 1 unpaid hour for lunch
