We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, committed and enthusiastic Youth Enterprise Manager to join a highly motivated and successful team here at Youth Focus North East.
This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role and one that will provide an opportunity for a talented professional to develop even further, the impact of our work at a local and regional level. This role requires a proactive, organised and practical approach to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and efficiently.
This role is centred on entrepreneurship with a focus on upskilling young people. It is dedicated to empowering the next generation with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in an ever-evolving world. This purposeful role aims to equip young individuals with the tools and resources necessary to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and self-reliance among them.
This role provides a real opportunity to help drive Youth Focus North East’s programmes forward, and to support young people as they learn to earn, learn to work and develop an enterprising mindset.
You will be able to hit the ground running and work on your own initiative. Your positivity and enthusiasm will be important. Our team will support and nurture your development and there will be opportunities for additional training in areas that interest you. You will have experience and an awareness of all or some of the following: strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, strategic thinking and business planning, proven operational programme management and ability to make clear decisions.
