Initial Contact Co-Ordinator

20 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days: £20,820.80 (pro rata)

(Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate)

25 Days (pro rata) Annual Leave

 

Delivering services across the City of Sunderland area, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the team for a SENDIASS Contact Co-ordinator.

Hosted by Sunderland Carers Centre, Sunderland Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) provides information, advice and support to parents, carers, and young people with Special Education Needs.

As an employee of Sunderland Carers Centre, you will receive three additional days holiday (pro rata) between 25th December and 1st January, no Christmas working hours, Carer Leave and Support, Flexible working, access to Charity Worker Discounts, and become part of a supportive dedicated team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to work to deadlines.

The role involves the co-ordination of referrals and to effectively provide accurate and appropriate information, advice, and guidance, (full training will be provided).
