This job is to continue and develop our work with people who have acquired hearing loss. This will be done by providing information and support to groups and individuals. They will also be expected to work with other organisations to improve services in the area. The job is based in Newcastle.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication and support skills. The job requires someone with basic information technology skills. They must be a good team worker and someone who has a positive attitude.
This post may require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We are offering 18.5 - 21 hours a week, initially on a one year contract. We will be flexible about hours and days of work.
