VONNE are recruiting for a part-time Development Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well organised, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to work within a small, friendly and supportive team.
VONNE builds and maintains partnerships across the VCSE sector and between the sector and stakeholders, including within health and wellbeing. We are seeking a Development Coordinator to support work around co-designing VCSE-led outcome monitoring metrics and strengthening the integration of the VCSE sector into health and care systems within the North East and North Cumbria (NENC) Integrated Care System (ICS). This role has a strong focus on data gathering, stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaboration to improve commissioning practices and demonstrate the impact of VCSE services on health outcomes locally and regionally.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, working across a regional footprint, supporting partnerships within the health and VCSE sectors. You will be a valued member of our team, and your opinions and insight will be encouraged and welcomed – we work together to achieve our goals and strongly believe that we all have equally valuable contributions to make.
This opportunity is open to all who meet the criteria, including applicants to previous health and wellbeing roles.
VONNE offers flexible working, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays AND the period between Christmas and New Year, access to our Simply Health plan, and a generous training budget to support professional development.
VONNE supports and promotes all charities, community groups and social enterprises in the North East. We have over 1,400 members with further reach through our many networks. We have a committed and experienced staff team and have built a reputation for expertise and quality.
