The Role

Journey's Learning Disability Support Workers and Project Staff provide skills-based training sessions for small groups of adults with intellectual (learning) disability. Many of our activities take place in the community making the most of our landscape and facilities, and building on our partnerships with other organisations. Ability to drive a minibus is essential for this role.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds at Journey.  Whether you are new to working with learning disability and would like to retrain, or have worked in an entirely different Sector but have skills you think our Clients would enjoy learning, we would like to hear from you.

We offer a comprehensive accredited training programme for Staff enabling all Staff to qualify and progress in their careers at Journey.
