Citizens Advice Darlington Redcar and Cleveland are recruiting an Energy Adviser to deliver our project funded energy advice in Darlington. This is a perfect opportunity for a focussed individual with great communication skills and a passion for alleviating the detrimental effects of fuel poverty on our clients’ lives.
Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of the impact of energy issues and previous experience in supporting clients. The work will include advising on energy enquiries, dealing with fuel debts, energy company disputes, advising on energy grants and energy efficiency measures.
This role is project-funded, so it is important that you enjoy working to target, allowing you to efficiently support as many clients as possible in this busy area of advice.
