Do you love engaging with supporters, crafting inspiring content, and ensuring donors feel valued? We’re looking for a Supporter Care and Communications Officer to play a key role in our fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acting as the first point of contact for supporters, donors, and fundraisers
-Managing regular giving and stewarding individual donors
-Supporting legacy pledgers and those giving in memory
-Gathering stories and case studies to showcase our impact
-Designing marketing materials for fundraising events
-Producing and delivering the monthly supporter e-newsletter
-Ensuring the website is up-to-date and optimised
-Conducting trust donor pipeline research and supporting applications
