Are you a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a role where communication and coordination make a real difference? We’re looking for a Case Co-ordination Administrator to help us allocate and manage domestic abuse support cases across multiple locations – ensuring those who need our services receive timely, localised help.
In this key administrative role, you’ll coordinate incoming referrals, ensure fair case distribution, and liaise with internal teams to track progress. You’ll be at the heart of making our services run smoothly, reducing unnecessary travel time for staff and improving outcomes for service users.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in administration, co-ordination or scheduling
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality
Experience in the charity, healthcare, or social services sector is desirable but not essential.
Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a compassionate, impact-driven team. You’ll enjoy flexible working arrangements, a supportive environment, and the chance to help shape our systems for the better. Some travel may be required for meetings or training, and a DBS check will be necessary due to case involvement.
