As the Debt Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our money advice service is delivered to high quality standards and in accordance with FCA regulations. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. You will undertake quality monitoring activities and also support the team through the provision of money advice via face to face, telephone and digital channels. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a solution-focused approach and an understanding of the importance of motivating individuals to succeed. A positive approach to leading a team and working with others to achieve wider organisational goals is essential.
