By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand the role of supervision and ongoing support in effective volunteer management.
- Identify practical approaches to volunteer motivation, recognition and retention.
- Understand how to manage boundaries and maintain professional relationships with volunteers.
- Gain confidence in having difficult conversations and addressing issues constructively.
