How does it work?
If you’d like us to help with your recruitment, email us at recruitment@vonne.org.uk
We’ll set up an initial meeting to find out what you’re looking for, both from the role and the recruitment process. If you don’t have a Job Description and Person Specification, we can help with templates, or even write them for you.
When everything is agreed, we’ll advertise your role on the VONNE jobs page and share it on our dedicated twitter account and weekly jobs ebulletin. We’ll handle queries from applicants and collate applications in a secure shared system that you can access at any time.
At deadline we’ll send you anonymised applications for shortlisting - we can help with that too if you need. Once you’ve decided who you’d like to interview, we’ll contact candidates to make arrangements.
For interviews, we can arrange a venue, including a room for tasks, and we can provide an interview question template.
Once you’ve found your new team member, we’ll follow up for you - contacting successful and unsuccessful candidates, and handling feedback requests. We can even provide offer letter templates if you need them.
