Venue
We're excited to be at Tyneside Cinema, and will be in their comfy Digital Lounge.

The Tyneside Cinema in Newcastle upon Tyne is a historic, Grade II-listed independent art-deco cinema, operating as a cultural charity and the UK’s last full-time newsreel theatre.

Opened in February 1937 by Dixon Scott (great-uncle of film directors Ridley and Tony Scott), it offers a vibrant mix of art-house films, new releases, and classic screenings.

Situated at 10 Pilgrim Street, right next to Monument Metro station in Newcastle city centre, they regularly run independent world cinema, family favourites, and special silver-screen matinees for older audiences.

In addition, they support autism-friendly, parent-and-baby, and subtitled screenings and hosts educational workshops, filmmaker talks, and community projects.
