Role description: Project Support
The Dementia Co-ordinator employed by Search will work on the co-ordination of support for a designated caseload of "Friends of Search" within a defined locality, as well as being responsible for the facilitation of activities for people living with dementia and their supporters.
You will also be responsible for building networks in a designated locality area within Newcastle.
You will promote excellent relationships and communication with the Admiral Nurse Team.
