As a Personal Development Advisor, you’ll work with participants who are not yet job-ready, helping them overcome barriers and progress toward work-related activity that improves wellbeing and confidence.

What You'll Do:

•Deliver one-to-one support and develop tailored Paced Progression Plans

•Collaborate with stakeholders and referral partners

•Guide participants through welfare benefits and training options

•Maintain accurate records and meet progression targets

•Promote Northern Rights and share success stories

What We’re Looking For:

•Experience supporting disadvantaged or unemployed individuals

•Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills

•Knowledge of welfare benefits and the local labour market

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

•Empathy, motivation, and a team-player mindset
