Summary of responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the centre, ensuring the centre is vibrant and welcoming for all members and visitors. An important part of the role is to develop the business, including improving the facilities and identify new opportunities by means of marketing, networking and grant applications. The manager will be given a high degree of autonomy and will be self-motivated. The Board of Trustees will fully support the new Manager to assist them in achieving the full potential in the role.
