Additionally, we have extensive experience in delivering community services, including Integrated Wellness programs, tackling food insecurity, community gardening, and employability training.
About the Role
NECA is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of our Gambling Support Services and Education Programmes across the North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change, ensuring the highest standards of service quality, compliance, and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement long-term service strategies aligned with NECA’s mission.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Oversee service operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and sustainability.
- Act as the Organisational Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding policies.
- Manage contracts and monitor service performance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within charity, health, social care, or public sector.
- Strong strategic planning and operational management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and external organisations.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding policies and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in contract management, performance monitoring, and financial oversight.
- A commitment to innovation and service improvement.
