Are you ready to lead a bold feminist women’s organisation in rural Northumberland?
Through a broad and evolving programme of holistic support and activity, we create inclusive spaces for women to explore personal development, community leadership, and campaigning. Creative workshops, peer mentoring, advocacy, accredited learning, enterprise initiatives, and innovative projects involve women in tackling issues such as gender-based violence, economic exclusion, climate justice, and women’s mental health. And when women are supported to build skills, confidence and connection, whole communities benefit.
The key tasks are to:
Lead a dynamic team committed to the empowerment of women facing barriers to their inclusion.
Oversee a creative programme of individual and small group holistic support
Take a lead on the sustainability of the organisation
Develop strong and practical partnerships
Amplify the voices of marginalised women
