At St Chad’s Community Project we are on a mission to support our community to thrive. In 2024 we welcomed 21,817 visits to our building and our Family Support team worked with 1,546 families. We have a community Thrift Shop where the community can purchase low cost clothing and household items and in summer 2025 we are planning to open ‘St Chad’s Market’, a community supermarket improving local access to affordable and nutritious food.
We are looking for a dedicated Community Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations and develop our wider partnerships and network. The ideal candidate may come from a retail or catering management background or may have experience in community development work. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment our mission, vision and values and will be enthusiastic about leading a team of staff and volunteers.
