Tiny Lives Trust is seeking a Neonatal Family Support Worker (maternity cover) to join its small team.
Do you have a passion for delivering high quality support services? Are you keen to use your lived experience to help other neonatal families in the North East and North Cumbria?
As a Neonatal Family Support Worker, your role will be key in building relationships with families who are currently accessing Tiny Lives services. You will need excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will also need a proactive approach to work and excellent organising skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working directly with families across diverse communities. If this sounds like you, we’d really like to hear from you! This is a fixed term role for 9 months to cover maternity leave (28hrs per week).
