About this role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our established and respected specialist sexual violence team in a key role if you are looking for a rewarding role in a values-driven organisation.

Our specialist counselling service provides one-to-one therapeutic support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse. Alongside this, we also deliver group work for survivors and the Light Project, to support non-abusive parents and carer-givers.

We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide line management to our team of counsellors and support clinical decision-making across the counselling service. The lead will also provide oversight and clinical supervision to volunteer counsellors on placement.

About You

The ideal candidate will be warm, empathetic, and passionate about providing a person-centred service. We are looking for a diligent individual with a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills and work within an empowerment model, achieving the best possible outcomes for yourself, your team, and the victims and survivors we support.

Working as part of the ARCH leadership team, you will manage our therapeutic services for adults and support the development of wider ARCH services. Previous management experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for an experienced counsellor with a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) with at least two years’ post-qualification experience.
