Are you a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a role where communication and coordination make a real difference? We’re looking for a Case Coordination Administrator to help us allocate and manage domestic abuse support cases across multiple locations – ensuring those who need our services receive timely, localised help.
In this key administrative role, you’ll coordinate incoming referrals, ensure fair case distribution, and liaise with internal teams to track progress. You’ll be at the heart of making our services run smoothly, reducing unnecessary travel time for staff and improving outcomes for service users.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Strong written and verbal/telephone communication skills,
- Ability to liaise confidently with multiple teams
- Understanding of data protection principles and confidentiality requirements.
- Organised, logical, conscientious, problem-solver who can use initiative.
Experience in the charity, healthcare, or social services sector, and experience of case management software, are desirable but not essential.
