We work with young asylum seekers and refugees to provide safe housing, meaningful support, and opportunities to grow in confidence and independence. As a Team Manager, you will lead a local team to deliver high-quality supported accommodation, personalised development support, and engaging community activities that help young people feel settled and equipped for adult life in the UK.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring each resident receives tailored support through 1-to-1 sessions, group activities, and coordinated input from partner organisations. This includes leading multi-agency work, managing support plans, and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and record-keeping.
A safe place to call home is essential for everyone! You will ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and welcoming, while working with colleagues to manage referrals, occupancy, and compliance with housing standards.
You will manage and support a team, fostering a positive culture and strong partnerships locally. Through your leadership, you will help create a community where young people can build skills, access opportunities, and move forward with confidence.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with regular on-call working (part-time and flexible working options are available)
Location: Middlesborough, Redcar & Cleveland.
Salary: £35,400 pro rata
