Introducing the North East Ambition Programme
The North East Ambition programme was launched to provide small business owners with the information, resources, and specialists to help boost business growth. Delivered in partnership with the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, we help employers in all sectors across the North East with training, recruitment and funding.
What support is available?
Registering with the North East Ambition programme gives you access to free, one-to-one support from a business adviser, including:
- How to find the right people for your business
- Accessing training and funding
- Where to go for further business support advice, including marketing, human resources, or financial management
How will this benefit my business?
- Recruit smarter - Understand what job roles your business needs and find out where the gaps are. The smaller your business, the bigger the impact a new recruit has. We can help you get it right.
- Invest in training - We can help you find the right training courses and qualifications to help you and your team be even better at what they do.
- Achieve your business goals - Get access to experienced business specialists, who can support you with mapping out where you want to take your business and how to get there.
How do I know if I'm eligible?
You can access support if you are…
- A small or medium-sized enterprise with fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than £50 million.
- Based in Northumberland, North Tyneside, Newcastle, South Tyneside, Gateshead, Sunderland and Durham.
