The Care Quality Commission is carrying out an inspection of the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust in early July. As part of the Inspection, the CQC are holding a listening event for patients, community and voluntary groups on Monday 6 July 2015 from 6.00pm at the Best Western Grand Hotel, Swainson Street, Hartlepool, TS24 8AA.
The CQC would like you to share any relevant feedback about the quality of care provided by the Trust and any of the services it provides. This includes evidence of high-quality care as well as any concerns you may have. You can also share your experiences before this date by phone, letter, email or by using the CQCs online form.
