What a wonderful way to celebrate the launch of AlongSide!
On 21st October, we brought together partners, funders and supporters to mark an important milestone for our organisation and the communities we serve.
The launch event gave us an opportunity to share the story behind AlongSide, reflect on the journey that has brought us here and look ahead to the next chapter of our work. It was a warm and uplifting occasion, filled with thoughtful conversations, shared experiences and a real sense of possibility.
We were delighted to welcome so many of the people who make our work possible. Bringing our wider community together reminded us that lasting change is built through strong relationships and a shared commitment to ensuring women, young people and families feel safe, heard and supported.
Throughout the event, we celebrated the partnerships, trust and encouragement that sustain our work every day. Your support helps us create safety, build trust and hold hope, particularly when individuals and families are facing their most difficult moments.
Although our name is new, the values at the heart of our organisation remain unchanged.
AlongSide reflects how we work: standing with people, listening without judgement and helping them find a way forward at their own pace.
The launch was not only a celebration of a new identity, but also a chance to recognise everything we have achieved together. We are proud of the foundations already in place and excited about the opportunities ahead to deepen our impact, strengthen our partnerships and reach more people across our community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on the day, and to all those who have supported us along the way. Whether you have funded our services, worked in partnership with us, shared our message or championed our mission, you are an important part of the AlongSide story.
