We have two new office vacancies at Bullion Hall. office space number 1 is 23.1 sq. m, £ 5,729 per annum (includes a large storage area and self-contained room that is ideal for office equipment such as photocopier) office space number 2.is 12.5 sq. m and £ 3,100 per annum. Both rooms would be ideal for 2 staff. Bullion Hall is open Monday –Friday 8am- 9pm as well as occasional weekends. (This may vary during the pandemic) Rental charges include all utility costs, cleaning and caretaking services as well as access to a 34-space car park. The centre is always staffed during opening hours by a team of caretakers who are all well qualified re health and safety, first aid, fire marshal etc. We find that this allows staff to safely work alone outside of usual office hours. Bullion Hall is located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Chester-le-Street train station, less than 10 minutes from the town centre and well placed regionally for the A1M or the A167. There are a number of charities and social enterprise currently based in the centre including Wheels to Work, Integrating Children, Girls Friendly Society, and Culture for Kids. In addition to offices ,Bullion Hall is a busy, well-loved community centre with local residents, each day participating in a wide range of activities on offer from parent and toddler groups, martial arts , dance and exercise classes to guitar classes, art and craft groups, languages and luncheon clubs. These community rooms are also available to hire. At the heart of Bullion Hall ,we have the wait er while café which daily serves delicious hot meals, snacks and cakes to eat-in or take away. They also offer buffet services. The café holds a five star food hygiene rating.
