Job Title: Multibank Development Manager

Salary: £41,124

Hours: negotiable up to 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent subject to funding

The Junction is a respected charity working to make a difference to the lives of children young people and their families. As part of our continued growth we are hoping to expand our Multibank model across the North East, providing essential goods to individuals and families experiencing poverty. This role will be critical in developing partnerships, securing resources, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of this work.

This is a highly autonomous and outward-facing role requiring confidence and ability to engage local decision-makers, build strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth. You must be able to work independently, use initiative, and draw on networks to deliver tangible outcomes to enable the Multibank to grow its impact across the region.
