CCP Tynedale is a small charity in West Northumberland whose main purpose is to improve the well-being, health and opportunity of those who live here (see https://www.ccptynedale.org.uk).

To try and achieve this we:

• with the Alzheimer’s Society, create dementia-friendly communities
• in partnership with other voluntary sector organisations, help to create and support regular occasions and events to help break down social isolation and offer support to socially vulnerable people
• have brought into being a community transport scheme with volunteer drivers which helps vulnerable and isolated people with no access to transport get to medical appointments and social occasions etc.
• offer support, with other partners, to our farming community through the Mart in Hexham

We are particularly looking for three trustees, each able to help us in one of:

• financial acumen and knowledge of accounts
• social media wizardry
• community fundraising and marketing

Trustees meet, usually in Hexham, four times a year.
