We've created a five-part Digital Pathfinders webinar series that you can watch on-demand. The series of hour-long webinars include:

  • Introduction to data for action with Tom Watson Captain of The Good Ship and Director of Action at Data for Action – Find out about the principles and fundamentals for better data in your organisation. Using data effectively can help you to engage your beneficiaries as well as save time and build capacity, particularly when it comes to writing reports. You’ll learn about a questions based approach, how to collect and visualise data. 
  • Carrying out a digital skills audit with Jan Debognies, Operations Manager at Digital Voice – This webinar explores digital exclusion and will help you understand how to develop a digital skills audit for your team or beneficiaries to identify their current digital skills and knowledge which acts as a starting point to develop training to improve their skills.
  • Digital Accessibility with Nic Cook, Development Manager at Difference North East – Understand digital accessibility is and common barriers to exclusion which will help you ensure that everyone can access your digital content. This session will help you to plan for success and know what you need for inclusive online meetings, web content and social media. 
  • Digital Marketing with Carrie Brookes, Charity Communications Consultant – This session focuses on the top digital marketing trends and priorities coming out of 2023 that you can utilise within your organisation and has been developed based on support delivered through the Digital Pathfinders programme. 
  • CRM systems with Adam Hill, Director of Operations at Sunderland Software City – A CRM system can help you to streamline processes and track interactions with beneficiaries and stakeholders efficiently. You can do all sorts of things with a CRM system and this session will help you understand more about them, how they can be useful for your organisation and how to choose one.
