The North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System has expanded its #DoYourBit communications toolkit, providing resources to help VCSE organisations encourage flu vaccine uptake this winter.
The #DoYourBit campaign was launched in 2020 to encourage the public to protect themselves and others during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, as coronavirus restrictions have lifted across the North East, a new challenge has presented itself: the winter flu vaccination programme. The campaign has now pivoted to take on this challenge, encouraging at-risk groups to get their flu vaccines and support our public health and social care services.
The updated #DoYourBit toolkit contains a wealth of resources for your organisation to take advantage of, including videos, posters and social media images. It also includes an FAQ about flu vaccinations, as well as a comprehensive overview of the campaign’s key messages.
