Over the last year we’ve been making improvements to our popular Membership+, Job Finder and Enhanced Recruitment services. We shared information about these changes along the way, but we’re excited to announce that the biggest change of all is a complete overhaul of our dated website, and it’ll be launched very soon.
Our new look site will improve services for members and users, making things easier to access and use. Alongside this, we’re evolving both our Membership+ offer and services to better meet your needs. More details below:
Membership+ and Associate Membership+
Feedback from our recent Member and Stakeholder surveys told us that members often aren’t aware of the benefits available to them through Membership+.
An improved user dashboard
A new dashboard will welcome Membership+ and Associate Membership+ members when they log in to our new website With a clearer layout and simpler links, you’ll be able to see and access your benefits more easily.
From your dashboard, you’ll also see which groups you can join and which updates you can sign up for, helping you make the most of being part of our extensive networks.
The dashboard will give you more control of your data, allowing you to see and edit the information we hold on you and update details as they change.
Job Finder and Enhanced Recruitment Services
Whether you’re looking for your next role, or you need to find the perfect candidate for your organisation, we’re making our recruitment services easier to access and more impactful.
It’ll be easier to find your dream role with Job Finder
Job Finder will be more visible on the new website, so job seekers can see the latest vacancies more easily. We’re also improving the look of our job listings so candidates can see key details of each role at a glance. Subscribers to our weekly jobs ebulletin will have the option to personalise, the jobs they see, so prospective candidates will hear about the vacancies that are most relevant to them.
Access our recruitment services at a glance
For employers looking to advertise on Job Finder or use our support services, these will be grouped together on our website, so information about advertising your role or accessing support from our Enhanced Recruitment services will be in one place.
Manage your jobs admin easily
Once you’re logged into our website an improved dashboard will allow you easier access to list new roles as well as quick links to edit your live adverts, helping you to manage your job and trustee adverts.
The way our job listing and re-advertisement systems work will also change. On the new website, anyone from your organisation with a user account will be able to advertise or edit your roles, giving you more control of your adverts.
The amount of time you can list a role for will stay the same. At 90 days that’s more than twice the amount of time offered by other jobs boards, and if you don’t recruit successfully you can re-advertise for free, providing the new deadline falls within 90 days of the original advert.
All these improvements will make it easier for job-seekers to find the roles they want and employers to find the best candidates, helping our sector benefit from the wealth of talent that’s out there.
