Gym Possible
We are a specialist fitness charity based in Gateshead, committed to breaking down barriers to physical activity for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. Our mission is to provide inclusive, adaptive fitness in a safe and empowering environment.
Our fully accessible facilities and specially trained adaptive fitness instructors allow us to deliver personalised support to people who are too often overlooked, helping them regain mobility, confidence, and community connection.
Hadrian District - Scout Association
Hadrian District supports Volunteers in 9 Scout Groups, 3 Explorer Scout Units and 1 Young Leader Unit in our area.
We also manage Dilston Scout Campsite near Corbridge.

Haltwhistle Partnership
The Partnership exists to benefit local people. It serves as a local activist - lobbying for town infrastructure and investment, as well as delivering and driving projects of its own. It operates a one stop shop, Westbourne House, where a range of community services are offered including internet access and advice and guidance for residents.
Hand in Hand Project
Hand in Hand works to reduce and prevent social isolation in older people. We offer a warm welcome to anyone aged 65 or over to our weekly clubs. We run a Lunch, Activities and Reminiscence club in Wallsend and and Activities and Reminiscence club in Heaton, Newcastle. Both clubs are on every Tuesday and welcome new members.
Handcrafted Projects
Handcrafted Projects is a charity currently working in County Durham and Gateshead. We work with people experiencing a combination of homelessness, drug/alcohol addictions, mental health issues, extended unemployment and/or with offending backgrounds. We do so through a range of practical activities, individualised support and provision of supported accommodation, empowering them to turn their lives around and become active, contributing members of the community.

Harambee Pasadia
Harambee Pasadia festival is a 4-day music and arts extravaganza in celebration of diverse cultures, foods, music, artists, and fusions of the African diaspora. Harambee in Swahili means 'Let's get together' and Pasadia in Spanish means 'to spend the day'. It is a family friendly camping event, which invites people to get together and spend the day, while enjoying a range of exciting activities.

Hartlepool Carers is a registered charity which has been providing support to informal Carers for almost 25 years. The organisation exists to improve the quality of life of Carers throughout Hartlepool and the surrounding villages. Hartlepool Carers does this by providing bespoke advice, information and support to local Carers, irrespective of age, gender, sexuality, ability, social, ethnic or cultural background.
