Projects4Change

Projects4Change addresses the needs, voice and rights of young people. We work within communities and in partnership with others to create youth work projects which help young people to develop and flourish into adulthood.

PROPS is a specialist drug and alcohol service for people whose lives are affected by someone else’s substance use.

We work with people in Newcastle and North Tyneside and work with any over the age of 11 in Newcastle and aged 5 in North Tyneside.

We support individuals and families using our Community Reinforcement Approach interventions, on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

We also offer counselling, family mediation and respite opportunities as well as signposting and advocacy to other services.

Prudhoe Community Partnership is a community development trust working to make Prudhoe a better place to live and work. It built and managers a community hub - Spetchells Centre - in the middle of Prudhoe and is involved in a number of other local initiatives.

We offer housing and support for victims of domestic abuse. The purpose of our housing is to help families who have been impacted by domestic abuse get back on their feet and supply them with the skills and tools they need to do that.
We house single parents and their children in self-contained properties and are able to house both male and female parents.
