The Mental Shift C.I.C.

The Mental Shift C.I.C. is a revolutionary mental health initiative, which uses the
sport of Muay Thai as our primary method in providing support and education to
young people across the North East, in a bid to promote positive mental
wellbeing and showcase ways in which this can be achieved. We are extremely
proud to say that we are one of the few non-profit organisations which uses the
lived experience of young men to structure our work, both past, present, and
future.
